The latest smartphone from Fujitsu named as Arrows F-04G which comes with iris recognition authentication, this feature of smartphone is called Iris Passport.The irisscanner takes just about half a second to unlock your device and all you have to do is just look at it. As per Fujitsu the Iris passport can even distinguish between the eyes of twins.
Iris Passport feature not only used for unlocking your device but it can also be used by any application or payment authorization that require passwords.
The smartphone comes with 5.2 inch 1440 x 2560 IPS display, powered by a Snapdragon 810 SoC with octa-core CPU and Adreno 430 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage that is expandable using microSD card, a 20.7-megapixel camera, a 3120mAh battery and comes with latest Android 5.0 Lollipop.
The Fujitsu has come up with a security feature that sets a new height in mobile security region as iris scanning is considered a much more secure and reliable biometric technology for smartphones than the fingerprint-scanning technology which is used by Apple and Samsung. It is great achievement for Japanese company Fujitsu, that they have finally made it first smartphone with iris scanning technology.
The device is available for purchase through NTT Docomo at a price around US$ 750 but is exclusive to Japan. I hope that this technology will be launched worldwide in coming days by Fujitsu.
